We are a family-run fruit farm nestled in the heart of North Kent, dedicated to reducing food waste by transforming our surplus fresh fruit into delicious, innovative products. In December 2020, we found ourselves with a crop of Forced Rhubarb that couldn’t be sold—its stems were too thin for the market, but the flavor was still exceptional. Rather than let it go to waste, we saw an opportunity to create something truly special.

One evening, while brainstorming ideas over a glass of English Sparkling Wine, the inspiration hit: why not turn our delicious rhubarb into a refreshing new drink? And so, the idea for our Rhubarb Fizz was born—a sparkling, sustainably crafted beverage that celebrates both the quality of our produce and our commitment to reducing waste.

We proudly offer two irresistible and refreshing drinks: Rhubarb Fizz & Raspberry Fizz. Each one is crafted with care from the finest British fruit, transforming surplus produce into sparkling, naturally delicious beverages.

Our Raspberry Fizz captures the vibrant sweetness of British raspberries in every bubbly sip, while our Rhubarb Fizz delivers a crisp, tangy burst of flavor from handpicked, surplus rhubarb.
